Cash Bonds & Payment Plans
If you are unable to pay the full amount of your balance and would like to request a payment plan with the court clerk, you may appear before the Court during regular business hours, put $200 down, and be placed on a payment plan with a minimum of $50 a month. If you are unable to pay $200, you may appear before the Court to have the warrant lifted and the clerk will set you for the next court date to work out the remaining balance with the Judge. Failure to appear at your assigned court date may result in the issuance of another warrant and additional fees.
Note: When you come to the Municipal Court to inquire or pay your warrant, you will not be arrested at the Court.
