Examples of Duties:  Provides secretarial support for City administration functions, primarily serving the City Manager’s office; Maintains City Manager’s calendar;  Prepares packets for Annual Council Work Session;  Assists in compiling information for the Annual Budget and prepares cover for the budget book;  Prepares presentations for various meetings; Organizes and staffs a variety of special events hosted or sponsored by the City;  Assists City Secretary as needed in compilation and distribution of agenda packets for City Council and Boards and Commissions.
