Discussion and consider action on Ordinance 17-09 authorizing the issuance,  sale and delivery of up to $9,500,000 in aggregate principal amount of “City of Woodway, Texas Combination Tax and Revenue Certificates of Obligation, Series 2017”; securing the payment thereof by authorizing the levy of an annual ad valorem tax and a pledge of certain surplus revenues of the City’s waterworks and sewer system; and approving and authorizing the execution of a paying agent/registrar agreement, an official statement and all other instruments and procedures related thereto

 

CONSENT AGENDA

 

The Consent Agenda consists of non-controversial, routine and budgeted items which require no public hearing. The Consent Agenda is subject to being approved with one single motion; however, the Mayor or any City Councilmember may remove any item from the Consent Agenda for separate discussion and consideration.
